Are ya all ever going to open your dining rooms, so people can come in and eat? Every other resturants dining room is open, has bee open a couple weeks now. Seems odd.

Depends on the location actually. Most city council have there own time table. But they are a California company too. So keep that in mind

Horrific service i was told they couldn't do a Carnitas plate through the drive thru, so when did they stop serving FOOD? I've ordered the same thing here several times and got it thru drive thru, hate to say thats what happens when you hire low IQ's

I had cheese that not only me but both my family's memmbers tasted like plastic . We asked the manager by phone and felt as if I was lieing. I called to speak to the Manager and was given the cold shoulder by the Manager , it's like didn't matter to her , as far as stars to me it's a half of a star, You have lost not Only me but family and friends sorry for your service I'll go to another bussines but never anothers Santiago's.
