Delicious Americanized Mexican taco shoppe. Friendly staff, and hot scrumptious items. If you are looking for a quick bite on the go they have a drive thru... but just know the beverage cups are a little too big to sit comfortably next to each other in our vehicles cup holders. And the green chili sauce on the inside of the burritos do not always stay on the inside of previously mentioned burrito. Tummy is already waiting for our next trip.

I understand these little buggers are everywhere. I still prefer to not find them in my food.

I've been here many times. Service is hit or miss. They seem to have high turnover so sometimes you get great service and other times bleh. The food is usually the same. Nice Mexican but nothing special (exactly what you expect). It's nice to have consistency with the food even if it's nothing to write home about. The hot is pretty hot, not hallucinogenic hot but be prepared to sweat.

This place is very good. The hot chili could be hotter. But very good and friendly employees.

About as good as it gets for Mexican food in Colorado. Not great but not awful and that's all you can ask for out here.

A great place for a quick burrito, or to sit down for a family dinner! Best green chili I've ever had!

Very well kept and accessible restaurant. They provide large portions and for inexpensive rates. We loved the meals very much and the waiters were very welcoming and informative. I recommend this place.

Always delicious green chili. Careful they will up-charge if you like it really spicy, without warning you! It's basically fast food, but also a sit down place with servers. Potions are decent. Chicken is a bit dry. But I'm gonna keep going, I prefer beef anyway! Yum! They serve breakfast and lunch/dinner.

Every time I order I receive something missing or order wrong it's a side -show for our family. The food is great though, at least we get to try something new. I have not received nothing wrong with my order at the Brighton store plus bigger portions.

Small, clean and the hot, spicy is just what we needed on a chilly day.

Honestly, I expected better. I stopped going to the Frederick location a while back and decided to give this one a try. I don't know if it's the same owner or what, but it just tasted really bland as if they used old or cheap ingredients. Even the hot green chile was nearly tasteless. I think a lot of these Santiago's are going downhill in the quality department and yet they're charging more and more for it. To be fair, the salsa was still good. But not the chips. :(

Santiago's is always good. The burritos are messy but delicious. I love their breakfast burritos. Tostadas are also amazing!

Food Stays awesome, just that their Horchata taste like the "Klass" brand you get at the store.

Has always been a favorite place, but unfortunately not anymore 😕 The food portions have gone down the prices have gone up and the freshness of the food is not there. We all got sick after eating here, what a shame was a favorite for over 20 years. Sorry

This particular location is not consisant on what they serve. There drive through is unusually slow considering all the breakfast burritos are made the day before and you still have to wait . its a hit and miss some times the burritos are good other times I regret stopping there. If you like central city and gamble. Then you might like this place cause it is a gamble on what you will get for your money. If you dine in you are better off. The drive through is a total gamble and not consistent on the quality of the food you will get for your money. I like to give a second chance on any place I go and this place has failed bad. If your Gambler on your food then this place is for you.

Amazing homestyle Mexican food. Their green chili is to die for. It's literally burned the house down. Can't recommend it enough. A Fort Lupton landmark and a must for local dining.

Won't ever eat here again in my life they say 3rd time is a charm well me and my husband both got very sick the ground beef in are taco tasted. Sour old nasty I took one bite and threw it in the trash it was just terrible

Horrible over cooked food terrible serviceI think I herd her say 10 words entire meal. And they charge for cheap stale chips that used to be free... I’m not one to complain but I will not return again and won’t recommend it to anyone....

Staff is really nice, prices are very affordable. Food is always hot and fresh. Staff does alot for the community with charity's. Recommend talking to cindy, always super nice and helpful. Very authentic food.

Fantastic food at a more than reasonable price!

If you get burritos with the chili inside I recommend extra hot if you want to really taste the chilis. Great flavor and staff, only dropped a star because they don't have a deep fryer, so no chili cheese fries or Indian tacos.

Santiago's in ft Lupton has awesome service.i had a beef and bean burrito deluxe smothered with chicharone.they are not afraid to put on the chicharone.the staff treats you right.the owner should be proud of this site.very clean great food.the flavors just pop.

Small, quaint, nautical. The wait staff was fantastic and the food was incredible. The views were good watching boats on and off the water. We would absolutely go back. Perfectly perfect

Awful. Just awful. Raw ingredients are the norm here. The breakfast burritos at this location tarnish the Santiago's name. Please do better for future customers. Brighton is a great location for Santiago's breakfast the way it should taste.

There food is always perfect.

This is my favorite Santiago's. The food is always very good and they don't skimp on portions, you'll leave full to the brim. Staff is always friendly and helpful and the prices are good. Although parking can be a challenge at times, it's a very minor issue and the food and service are worth it beyond measure. Definitely a must to stop in anytime I'm in the area and even when I'm not.

Speedy drive through service, delicious food...hot chili is VERY hot.

Tried this place twice now....worst food ever. Cold and not made to your specification. Would not recommend!!!!!
